This Privacy Policy explains how Uptrend Hunter, operated by Erkan Ecom LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the service.
Information we collect
- Account information, including the email address you provide when registering. If you continue with Google, we receive your verified email address and a Google account identifier used only to sign you in and link the account.
- Service, request, device, and network information used to secure, maintain, and improve the product.
- Payment and subscription status supplied by our payment partners. We do not store full card details.
- Email addresses submitted for product updates or newsletters.
How we use information
- To create and secure accounts and provide Demo or Pro access.
- To process subscription events, billing support, and account communication.
- To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and improve the service.
- To meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations where applicable.
Service providers and data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share only the information reasonably necessary with service providers that support hosting, databases, email, analytics, security, and payments. Security providers, including bot-protection services when enabled, may process limited device and network signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. These providers process information under their own contractual and security obligations.
Account sign-in providers
If you choose Continue with Google, Google authenticates you and returns a verified identity token. We do not receive or store your Google password, access your Gmail, or request Google Drive or advertising-account permissions.
Cookies and sessions
Uptrend Hunter uses essential session cookies to keep users signed in and protect account actions. We also use Google Analytics to measure visits and understand which product features are useful. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled, and we do not send account email addresses or marketplace search keywords to Analytics. You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention and security
We retain account and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service and meet legal obligations. We apply technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information. You may also unsubscribe from non-essential email communication.
